		<description>There are plenty of uses for it outside an office environment - conversations with rich content and thread tracking are handy even in a small group. Wave is pretty damn fantastic, but until the usage picks up, it&#039;s pretty damn useless. The longest wave I have so far mainly contains complaints about how few people actually use it :P</description>

		<description>For me it is a solution for a problem that does not exist. It might only be useful in an office where people need to track different email threats but, managers will not like software that looks like a chat room or facebook.
